SkillReach provides the following services:

• Mock Interview Sessions: 30-minute personalized practice interviews with industry professionals
• Career Guidance: Professional advice and recommendations for career development
• Performance Feedback: Detailed analysis and improvement suggestions based on your interview performance
• Scheduling Platform: Online booking system for convenient appointment scheduling

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling appointments
• Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide reasonable notice for cancellations
• Treat our staff and interviewers with respect and professionalism
• Use the feedback and guidance provided for legitimate career development purposes
• Not record or share session content without explicit written permission
• Not use our services for any unlawful or inappropriate purposes

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Our scheduling policies include:

• Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our online Calendly system
• Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation for all scheduled sessions
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• No-shows: Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings
• Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled subject to availability

5. Service Limitations

Please understand that our services:

• Are educational and advisory in nature, not guarantees of employment
• Cannot guarantee specific job outcomes or interview success
• Are based on general best practices and may not apply to all situations
• Should be supplemented with your own research and preparation
• Are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, feedback, and methodologies used in our services are the intellectual property of SkillReach. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any of our proprietary content without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your interview performance, career goals, and personal information shared during sessions. We expect the same level of confidentiality from you regarding our methodologies and other participants' information.

8. Payment and Fees

Currently, our services are provided at no charge. If we introduce paid services in the future, we will clearly communicate pricing and payment terms before any charges are incurred.

9. Limitation of Liability

SkillReach and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services, if any.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination
